Responsibilities:

1.       Engaged in 0.11um or below MCU process development;

2.       Cooperate with Fab PE to develop new module process and establish process recipe;

3.       Formulate the split of experimental batch and deal with the online lot;

4.       Design device test graphics, measure and analyze device parameters;

Requirements:

1.       Master’s degree or above in microelectronics, physics, materials, chemistry and other related majors, with more than 5 years of working experience;

2.       Familiar with semiconductor physics and the working principle of semiconductor devices (CMOS, e-flash, SRAM, MCU, etc.);

3.       PIE working experience, familiar with process flow is preferred;

4.       Ability to work under press with good communication and cooperation skills;
