    GTA (Fabs in XuHui district) is the first foundry in China that obtained the VDA6.3 A-level automotive IC supplier qualification. Fabs in Xuhui district have passed the IATF16949 quality system certification in June 2021. GTA focuses on the development of automotive-grade technology platforms, such as BCD, IGBT, SiC, MOSFET, FRD and other technologies. These are widely used in the key parts of lamp control, power management, new energy vehicle inverter, DCDC, OBC, DC charging station. Our services have acquired good reputation with high reliability and low defect rate.
